Qualifications:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB) Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive service delivery Experience with evidence-based school psychology practices: assessment, intervention, and mental health support

Preferred:

NCSP or NCSP-eligible, MTSS framework experience, leadership and facilitation skills, crisis support knowledge, familiarity with federal/state special education laws Successful experience in urban, multicultural school settings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver psychological services for K-12 students (not early childhood) Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation within a collaborative team Support crisis intervention, prevention, and mental health initiatives Advise on best practices and legal compliance in special education Work full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (1826 hrs)
