Minimum Qualifications:

Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent) Valid Minnesota school psychologist license through PELSB Commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service delivery Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and mental health support

Preferred Qualifications:

National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility Consultation and intervention experience in an MTSS framework Leadership, facilitation, and adult learning support experience Knowledge of special education law and crisis intervention Successful practice in urban, multicultural educational environments
