r48254-04348 Job Description 1:1 School Nurse (RN) Somerville, ME ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing support for a student during the 20262027 school year.

Position Details:

ASAP June 10, 2027 Full-time | 37.540 hours/week 7.5 hours/day $40$45/hour In-person position Maine RN license required School hours: approximately 8:00 AM2:30 PM Transportation schedule is likely approximately 7:30 AM3:00

PM Responsibilities:

Ride to and from school with the student each day Monitor for seizure activity and follow the student's medical plan as needed Support school staff with seizure response protocols Provide guidance regarding outdoor activities and temperature-related seizure considerations Complete nursing observations throughout the school day Behavioral data collection experience is preferred but not required The student also has dedicated 1:1 Ed Tech support for activities of daily living (ADLs).
