IV Therapy Specialist Job Description Responsibilities - Duties  You will be expected to provide all of the IV Therapy and Booster Shot treatments that DripIV offers, have a good understanding of our point-of-sale system and mobile app, understand the benefits of all of our treatments and be comfortable speaking with every client about our membership, packages, gift cards, IV treatments, booster shots and add- ons.  Prepare Intravenous (IV) and Injectable (IM) vitamins per protocol for administration with appropriate technique.  Deliver a variety of IV therapy treatments and Booster shots in a safe and comfortable manner customized to the client's specific needs.  Provide a consultative approach to clientele to ensure their visit exceeds their expectations and is based on your assessment of their wellness goals and your knowledge of IV and IM vitamin therapy.  Assess the patient before infusion, monitor during infusion, and provide post-infusion instructions.  Keep documentation and maintain client files in our database.  Various office duties including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, verifying the correct forms are filled out and complete, reviewing health history forms and facilitating the customer check out and payment process.  Keep a clean and well stocked treatment room, common space and public restroom throughout your day.  Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations in a timely manner.  Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.  Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations at all times.  Cooperate with and report to your location manager on any issues relevant to the daily operation, peers and clientele.  Apply best practices and be up to date with wellness trends as well as competitor trends.  May require administering concierge and delivery treatments when applicable.  Participate in Social Media content filming and photographs to promote the brand and any promotional offers and incentives  Complete Opening and Closing Procedures daily and without deviation.

Skills  Proven work experience in administering IV's  Experience with wide range of IV catheters and IV administration sets  Knowledgeable in benefits of IV therapy and hydration  Extensive knowledge of IV vitamins, their properties, and benefits  Communication and customer service skills  Positive attitude and consultation skills  User level computer and phone skills  Relevant Degree or current license Requirements  Strongly recommend that our IV Therapy Specialists are a Registered Nurse in good standing. Must possess VERY strong IV peripheral skills.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.  Must be able to assume a flexible work schedule if needed.

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
