We deliver an elevated, friendly, and results-driven experience—every time. As a Registered Nurse at Plush you'll be a trusted guide for our guests on their journey to forever smooth + glowing skin. You'll deliver safe and effective treatments, build lasting connections, and bring a sales-positive mindset to help guests achieve their goals. This is a guest-facing, relationship-driven role at the heart of the Plush experience.

What You'll Do Laser Treatments :

Deliver safe, effective, and efficient treatments according to Plush protocols, scope of practice, and compliance standards.

Guest Connection :

Build strong relationships with guests, creating trust, comfort, and confidence through every interaction.

Treatment Plans & Education :

Conduct consultations and recommend laser services + skincare tailored to guest goals; clearly explain pre- and post-care.

Sales & Goal Achievement :

Confidently meet assisted sales goals by recommending add-ons, services and products that enhance results—always in service of guest outcomes. Adaptability in

Flow :

Flex with same-day treatments, evolving schedules, and a fast-moving clinic environment while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

Detail & Documentation :

Keep accurate treatment records, oversee laser maintenance, and maintain a clean, organized, and elevated treatment space.

Collaboration :
