$55.00 - $60.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Butner, North Carolina. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform clinical assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care and positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions Record medical histories, symptoms, and treatment progress Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and procedures Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds Assist physicians and healthcare providers during medical procedures Operate and monitor medical equipment Collect blood, urine, and other laboratory specimens Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care Schedule Full-Time Position 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available Day shifts available Flexible scheduling options Qualifications Active and unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required Behavioral health experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Competitive pay: $55-$60 per hour Consistent full-time hours Supportive clinical environment Opportunity to gain valuable healthcare experience Apply Today!
