• 6pm | Monday-Friday call required.

Must be able to report to hospital within 30 minutes

! Full-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour shifts for the 13-week contract (excludes 1st week of orientation) $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time Eligible for shift differentials. $3.50 for evenings, $5 for nights, and $6 for weekends. These are stackable (as applicable by time/day) The first week is Monday

• Friday orientation.

Although this is a short term (13 week) assignment, you would be a Baylor employee (not contractual, agency, etc.). The hope is that once the assignment is concluded, you will convert to a regular FT, PT, or PRN role. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment. Essential Functions of the Role Using good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards. Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make adjustments as needed. Creating safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff. Managing emotional and physical pain to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering. Key Success Factors Comprehensive knowledge of standards and procedures in nursing and patient care. Effective communication skills to articulate thoughts clearly and interact with diverse groups of people.
