50/hour on W2 Position Overview The Patient Services / Benefits Verification Representative is responsible for supporting patient support programs through telephonic communication and coordination of reimbursement and related services. The position involves interaction with patients, physicians, healthcare professionals, and members of multidisciplinary teams through web-based platforms, telephone, and face-to-face communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver reimbursement and patient support services . Perform activities related to benefit verification and healthcare coverage . Communicate with patients regarding applicable patient support services. Interact with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services. Provide telephonic patient counseling and appropriate intervention/support within the scope of the position. Utilize knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits/insurance when assisting patients and healthcare providers. Communicate through web-based systems, telephone, and face-to-face interactions. Follow established policies, procedures, and program requirements. Resolve moderately complex issues using judgment within defined practices and procedures. Complete assigned work accurately while operating under normal supervision. Career Level Demonstrates competence and proficiency within the assigned area. Applies established policies and procedures to day-to-day responsibilities. Works with moderate guidance while developing exposure to more complex assignments. Follows established procedures, with detailed instructions provided for new assignments. Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Benefit Verification experience

  • Required Medical and Pharmacy insurance knowledge
  • Required Pharmacy or Medical Benefits experience Healthcare Benefits Patient Services.
Pay:
$21.00
  • $21.
50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
