What You'll Do:
Conduct assessments of patient respiratory status and document findings Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed Educate patients on respiratory care, health, and wellness strategies Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and procedural protocols
What You Need:
Valid Respiratory Therapist license and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Prior respiratory therapy experience preferred Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare setting About the
