Lead a 61-FTE department primarily consisting of Respiratory Therapists, with additional oversight of EKG and Neurodiagnostic Techs Manage day-to-day operations, staff escalations, accountability, and employee engagement Maintain department stability and morale while providing flexibility through an evolving leadership transitionIdeal Candidate:
Previous Respiratory Therapy leadership experience required Experience leading tenured teams and navigating employee relations and accountability concerns Epic experience preferred Interim Leadership atAya Healthcare:
13-week contract with potential to extend W2 employee of Aya, paid weekly (Fridays) - $3700/wk Available to start within 2-3 weeks of offer acceptance Paid housing, travel, and rental car for candidates residing 50+ miles from facility 2 paid travel days per month Full benefits at no cost: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401kPay:
