Snapshot:

Lead a 61-FTE department primarily consisting of Respiratory Therapists, with additional oversight of EKG and Neurodiagnostic Techs Manage day-to-day operations, staff escalations, accountability, and employee engagement Maintain department stability and morale while providing flexibility through an evolving leadership transition

Ideal Candidate:

Previous Respiratory Therapy leadership experience required Experience leading tenured teams and navigating employee relations and accountability concerns Epic experience preferred Interim Leadership at
