Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP-CCC credentials Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Prior experience in school settings preferred Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Passion for working with adolescents to support a range of speech, language, and communication challenges Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to student needs Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy to students, adapting techniques to a middle or high school environment Consult and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate outcomes Provide input for IEPs and participate in IEP meetings as required This role provides the perfect blend of structure and flexibility—three set days per week—allowing you to make a direct impact while supporting your professional and personal balance.
