If you have extended travel, significant time off, major upcoming schedule changes, ongoing schedule conflicts, or need more than part time hours please keep that in mind before applying. We are hoping to find someone who can grow with us and be part of our team for the long haul!

This position is perfect for someone with great customer service skills , a positive attitude , and a strong work ethic who's excited to learn and grow. About the

Role:

This is a long-term position that begins with hands-on training at the register . The cashier role is the foundation of everything we do — from learning the basis of all the drinks to connecting with customers and understanding the flow of service. Once you're confident and solid on the register, you'll be trained step-by-step to become a barista. We believe in investing time in the right person and providing the tools and training needed to thrive.

What We're Looking For:

Positive, can-do attitude Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Strong communication and people skills Previous food industry experience (barista experience is a plus, but not required) A willingness to learn and grow with us long-term People person, someone who enjoys customer service Able to work with a sense of urgency Flexibility to pick up and/or cover shifts

Part-time Must be available all weekends and holidays

Pay:

$16.50 + tips
