Role:

This is a long-term position that begins with hands-on training at the register . The cashier role is the foundation of everything we do — from learning the basis of all the drinks to connecting with customers and understanding the flow of service. Once you're confident and solid on the register, you'll be trained step-by-step to become a barista. We believe in investing time in the right person and providing the tools and training needed to thrive.
