Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage actively with customers, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling stations and beverage prep zones Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while adhering to cash handling procedures Follow food safety standards and proper food handling protocols to ensure quality and safety of all products Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness to keep the café running smoothly Requirements Proven experience as a barista or in food service, with strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Join us as a Juice Barista and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating refreshing experiences!
