CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGEMENT POSITION
Highly trained culinary professional seeking a challenging opportunity with a high-quality established restaurant & event center.
Qualifications Include:
Extensive experience in high-volume and fine dining kitchens Expert broiler and sauté chef Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Proven ability to organize, train, and motivate kitchen staff Skills of Menu/Special development. Inventory management and food cost control Exceptional attention to quality, consistency, and presentation Skilled in maintaining sanitation and food safety standards Reliable, professional, and results-driven Full-time
