As a Lobby Ambassador at JLL, you'll be at the heart of creating workplace experiences that will be long remembered by our clients and their guests. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Enthusiastically welcome guests and employees with genuine warmth, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance with arrivals, departures, and office orientations
  • Maintain visible engagement throughout the workplace by conducting strategic site walks during reduced coverage periods to connect with customers and address their needs proactively
  • Serve as the resident expert on local cuisine, hotels, special attractions, and upcoming events, effectively pairing services to guests' specific needs
  • Build and nurture connections across the hospitality industry while collaborating with clients, customers, and support teams to identify issues and deliver creative solutions
  • Act as the central point of contact for campus information, wayfinding, services, and activities, demonstrating confidence and exceptional customer service at all times
  • Coordinate with internal facilities management teams to ensure a hospitality approach across all services and maintain familiarity with everything the facility offers
  • Provide support for meetings, reception activities, personal assistance requests, and mail room operations w applicable
    Required qualifications:
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality-related roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating experiences that go beyond expectations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with professional fluency in English
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while maintaining elevated guest experiences and accuracy
  • Flexibility and positive attitude when managing shifting daily priorities and adapting to changing needs
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Comfort with a range of information technology tools and digital platforms Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate hospitality, workplace services, or facilities management environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build networks and establish connections across organizations
  • Knowledge of visitor management systems and workplace experience platforms
  • Experience conducting site walks or floor coverage in large campus or multi-building environments

M-F 8AM-5PM
Location:

Annapolis Junction, MD This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Expected compensation for this position:

50,300.00 - 50,300.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
