Job Description

In charge of cooking steaks, chicken and pork chops to customers specifications. Rotating steaks in coordination with their expiration date. Keeping the grill and work area clean. Coordinating and communicating with kitchen staff. Position is for Tuesday-Saturday evening shift. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
