Duties Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality, making them feel comfortable and appreciated Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone calls promptly, professionally, and with proper phone etiquette to handle reservations and inquiries Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies Support food service staff by ensuring smooth flow of guest seating and table readiness Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role within a restaurant or food service environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Proficiency in restaurant reservation management systems and POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow effectively Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and guest counts accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and excellent guest relations skills Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
