Schedule:

Primarily breakfast morning shifts (7:00 AM-12:00 PM or 7:00 AM-3:00 PM), including weekdays and weekends. Flexible availability for evening and overnight shifts is required. Your day to day Check in/check out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures. Check guests in and out in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Assist with breakfast preparation, food replenishment, service, cleaning, and restocking. Process reservations, payments, cash transactions, and daily front desk reports accurately. Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel laundry throughout the shift, especially during slower front desk periods. Assist with breakfast preparation, food replenishment, service, cleaning, and restocking. Maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby, public restrooms, breakfast area, and common areas. Stock guest amenities, market merchandise, coffee stations, and housekeeping supplies. Complete assigned daily checklists and communicate important updates between shifts. Assist with additional front desk and night audit responsibilities as trained and scheduled.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude. Answer phones, assist with reservations, and provide information about hotel services. Recognize and enroll guests in IHG One Rewards when appropriate. Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care. Work as a team while also being capable of completing tasks independently. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively assist wherever needed. What we need from you We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to work. Previous hotel, customer service, breakfast, or laundry experience preferred. Strong laundry skills and willingness to consistently assist with laundry duties are essential. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain physically active for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer, communication, and cash handling skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team goals. Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evening or overnight shifts.
