Oversee all cleaning activities, including guest room maintenance, public area sanitation, laundry services, and industrial cleaning tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards to promote a safe environment for staff and guests. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and enforce quality standards. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Extensive experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping management, or related janitorial roles with a focus on hospitality environments. Proven staff supervision skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff, coordinate tasks, and resolve issues promptly. Deep understanding of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
