Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all surfaces and fixtures. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor care to ensure spotless surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors. Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures for safety. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for outdoor work and heavy lifting; manual handling skills are essential. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Experience in housekeeper management or supervisory roles is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities. Be able to move up and down stairs with 50lbs. Pay:
