• Manage the daily restaurant operations, team performance, and guest service experience
• Manage effective P&L's , labor, food cost , and profitability
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged restaurant team
• Create a culture where people want to work—and stay
• Lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume quick service environment
• Execute brand standards while continuously improving performance What You Bring
• 3+ years as a restaurant General Manager (or strong Assistant GM ready to step up)
• Background in Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurants
• Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and P&L performance
• Track record of developing teams and promoting from within
• Strong leadership presence with ability to coach , motivate and hold accountable
