We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store General Manager to lead our company-owned bakery opening in November in Cleveland, Tennessee. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving business goals while upholding the quality and values of the Tous Les Jours brand. Store General Manager

JOB DUTIES
(including but are not limited to the following) Ensure full compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures across the bakery Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs Analyze sales, labor, and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance Maintain brand standards in product quality, service, and store presentation Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency Train, coach, and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Support inventory control, ordering processes, and cost management to minimize waste Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to implement new initiatives Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate MUST be available to work weekends and holidays
QUALIFICATIONS
