Part Time positions available. Weekday availability required. The flavors of southwestern China ignite. DanDan is a chic Sichuan & Taiwanese restaurant and a full-service bar. DanDan serves up authentic dishes native to mainland China and Taiwan, coupled with refreshing cocktails, wine, and beer. DanDan's dishes are culturally-rich and overflowing with flavor. The DanDan team has perfected the play between spicy and sweet to offer an unmatched lineup for your tastebuds.

Position Summary:

• Guiding guests through drink and food menu selections to customize and enhance their dining experience
• Executing on thorough knowledge of modifications needed to match guests' dietary needs
• Maintaining drink standards and consistency through high volume service
• Consistently keeping work areas cleanly and in compliance with sanitation requirements
• Maintaining stocked inventory is a limited space
• Communicating with management team
• Adhering to company rules and regulations
• Must be willing to work as a team even outside of your position's responsibilities (ie. server, answering phone, bussing tables, running food, etc.)
• Desire to progress to a management position a plus Qualified candidates must have/be:
• Prior experience as a bartender or server in a face paced, high volume restaurant
• Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for great food and serves with care and consistency
• Personable and professional demeanor
• Timely and responsible
• Willing to work as a team even outside of your position's responsibilities
• Part-time and full-time availability
