This role offers an incredible opportunity to bring your energy, people skills, and love of hospitality to one of the most exciting seasonal settings in the country. -385 is a grill and campground located on US-385 in Deadwood, South Dakota in the heart of the Black Hills. Every August, the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally brings 500,000+ riders through our doors for a 10-day run that's unlike anything else in America. You'll be front and center taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating the kind of experience guests remember long after they leave the Black Hills. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, love connecting with people, and want to spend your summer somewhere unforgettable this position is for you. ──────────────────────── DUTIES ──────────────────────── Greet and serve guests in our bar and grill with a warm, professional, and energetic attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them efficiently using our Toast POS system (training provided) Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings Handle transactions, process payments, and manage your tables with attention and care Support food presentation and ensure every plate reaching the table looks as good as it tastes Keep your section clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout your shift Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service Contribute to a positive, team-first culture where everyone has each other's back ────────────────────────

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

──────────────────────── Prior experience in a restaurant, bar, or customer-facing hospitality role is highly preferred Genuine people skills friendly, attentive, and able to read the room in a lively bar & grill environment Must be 18+ to serve alcohol per South Dakota requirements Basic math and payment handling skills; POS experience a plus (Toast training provided) Ability to stay composed and positive during busy shifts and large events Strong team player with a great attitude and genuine care for the guest experience Comfort with both indoor service and light outdoor/campground duties ────────────────────────
