Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid alcohol serving permit/certification (required). Previous serving experience. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Strong communication and professionalism with guests and team. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Skills Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items. Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests. Buss tables and assist with kitchen duties as needed to maintain cleanliness. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Uphold food handling safety standards at all times.
