Monday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Tuesday-Thursday 7:00 AM-3:30

Temporary Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and professional HR Administrative Assistant to provide front-desk and clerical support to our HR department in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Greet employees, visitors, and applicants in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to basic inquiries. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team. Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other office tasks. Help with HR projects and employee communications as needed. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 6 months-1 year of clerical, administrative, reception, or office experience. Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office. Professional communication and appearance. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Previous HR experience is preferred. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Ability to pass a 7 year background check Ability to pass a drug screen
