LP Job Summary:

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on hiring entry-level talent for fulfillment centers. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. The position requires managing a consistent flow of qualified applicants through various sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive recruitment and pipeline development efforts. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and secure suitable candidates. Prioritize and manage a high volume of recruitment activities. Implement improvements to the recruitment process. Track and report on hiring cycle metrics and performance. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems. Demonstrated ability in high-volume staffing. Exceptional candidate relationship management.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in working with an ATS. Strong project management and agency management skills. Outstanding networking and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize. A high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Savvy with the latest tech and tools

Industry Experience:

Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within logistics or fulfillment environments, is preferred.
