Welcome members and provide professional, attentive service.
Prepare and maintain massage treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and room turnover.
Support massage therapists with supplies and day-to-day operational needs.
Monitor daily and upcoming schedules, identifying booking issues, conflicts, or gaps.
Assist with appointment confirmations and schedule updates.
Answer calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and respond to member questions.
Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies need to be reordered.
Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil environment.
Maintain confidential member and scheduling information.
Assist with special projects and other departmental needs.
