- Welcome members and provide professional, attentive service.
- Prepare and maintain massage treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and room turnover.
- Support massage therapists with supplies and day-to-day operational needs.
- Monitor daily and upcoming schedules, identifying booking issues, conflicts, or gaps.
- Assist with appointment confirmations and schedule updates.
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and respond to member questions.
- Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies need to be reordered.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil environment.
- Maintain confidential member and scheduling information.
