Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their wellness needs and recommend suitable products or services Conduct consultations to educate clients on health, beauty, and self-care routines Promote and upsell wellness products and treatments to maximize client satisfaction and store sales Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all service areas to ensure a safe environment Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while processing payments for products or services Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming experience Support the team in maintaining compliance with health regulations and store policies Qualifications Strong background in sales, customer service, or related roles with a passion for health and wellness. This position offers sales commissions, so a sales background is required.
