The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the firm's civil litigation practice. Must be highly organized and possess excellent oral communication and written skills.

Paralegal responsibilities and duties:

Prepare legal documents, summons, subpoenas, complaints, discovery, and motions Drafting legal correspondence File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents Schedule depositions, court hearings, client and attorney meetings File documents with the court Proficiency with MS Office and Word Perfect Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines Courteous and professional demeanor Maintaining calendars Applicants should have at least 5 years' experience working in the legal field. Wage will be dependent upon skill level.
