Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic maintenance team as a 2nd & 3rd shift Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to work on repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems , troubleshoot complex systems, and implement preventative maintenance strategies. Requirements Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems 24VDC to 440 3-Phase Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics Operation of basic machine tools (horizontal band saw, vertical milling machine, engine lathe, surface grinder, etc) Metal fabrication (welding, cutting) Use of hand tools (must provide your own) Basic knowledge of pneumatics Self-motivated to work independently or in a team. Ability to work overtime as needed Benefits Eligibility to get wage increases! 4 day work schedule Monday-Thursday. Overtime on Friday , if needed. Saturday or Sunday (when you have 50 hours) Weekly Pay (Thursdays) Monthly Gainshare Bonus averaging $1.60 per hour. Pay increases with completion of training. No time limit!
