Shift Maintenance Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $28.50 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:00am to 01:00am) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Repair, replace, and adjust machine components to maintain efficient operations. Complete maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with production teams to identify equipment concerns and support continuous improvement efforts. 2nd

Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Previous industrial maintenance experience required. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
