Seeking a General Laborer/Handyman who has experience in residential painting, sheetrock, spackling, light plumbing and electrical, lawn care and maintenance, household clean outs, vinyl plank installation and roof repairs. Light lawn maintenance sometimes required with our provided equipment. Must be reliable. Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license. Must have own tools. Job locations are both in Lackawanna and Luzerne County.

Responsibilities Conduct carpentry tasks including repairs to doors, windows, cabinetry, and interior walls to maintain building aesthetics and safety standards. Carry out maintenance painting projects for building interiors and exteriors to uphold property appearance standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and communicating effectively about repair timelines. Experience Proven experience in property maintenance within residential environments. Experience with maintenance painting, carpentry repairs, and plumbing system maintenance is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various repair tasks. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish for effective interaction with residents or tenants and team members.
