The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that apartment units and community facilities are well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition. This role plays a key part in providing a high-quality living environment for residents through timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and effective collaboration with site management. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep in apartment units and common areas. Complete residential painting and touch-up work as needed. Coordinate maintenance activities and repair schedules with the site manager. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using sound technical knowledge. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed repairs. Follow all safety regulations, policies, and best practices while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
