Contract or Contract-to-Hire BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily apartment community in Nacogdoches, TX. If you have strong maintenance experience, an

EPA/HVAC

certification, and a commitment to excellent resident service, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely manner

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)

Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs

Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects

Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

Respond professionally to resident maintenance concerns

Follow all safety policies and property procedures

Ensure repairs meet quality and compliance standards

Qualifications

EPA Certification or HVAC Certification required

Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance

Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Excellent customer service and communication skills
