Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician / Service professional! In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency for our clients. Your expertise will help improve indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system performance across commercial and residential properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills, technical knowledge, and customer service talents in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems according to schematics and design specifications Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation and extend system lifespan Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and plumbing issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and schematics Repair or replace faulty components including compressors, fans, thermostats, electrical wiring, and mechanical parts with precision Diagnose issues related to HVAC systems and implement effective repair solutions Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs or installations clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction Adhere to safety protocols including Conduct property maintenance related to HVAC systems Requirements Proven construction experience with a solid understanding of mechanical systems repair and building automation systems Service technician experience working with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical diagnostics, refrigeration principles, plumbing connections, and HVAC design standards Hands-on experience with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems including boilers, ammonia refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and appliances Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; EPA certification required for handling refrigerants; additional certifications in electrical systems or building automation are a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC solutions!
