Position Summary We are seeking experienced Journeyman and Master-Level Refrigeration Technicians to perform service, project work, and emergency response on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with cold storage refrigeration rack systems and HVAC equipment commonly found in large retail grocery stores. Responsibilities Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems Perform project installation and startup work Respond to emergency service calls as needed Maintain accurate service records and documentation Work independently and as part of a team Participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime/weekends as required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVACR experience preferred Minimum 5 years of refrigeration rack experience preferred Working knowledge of Danfoss, Emerson CPC, and Novar control systems EPA Universal Certification preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Vanderburgh County Journeyman or Master Refrigeration License preferred Professional appearance and attitude Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
