About the Role Launch your professional journey with our Industrial Maintenance Trainee Program, a comprehensive career development initiative designed to transform your mechanical aptitude into expert-level technical proficiency. Over an intensive 21-month period, you will master the art of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex high-speed production machinery through a blend of immersive classroom learning and direct floor experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior technicians to master industrial electrical systems, mechanical schematics, and advanced diagnostic procedures. Execute rigorous preventative maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Gain hands-on expertise with critical industrial infrastructure, including conveyor systems, motors, palletizers, and blow molding units. Participate in specialized, company-sponsored OEM training programs to stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology. Apply systematic troubleshooting methodologies to resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. Document maintenance activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment reliability protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Completion of a technical degree or certification program OR a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to solve complex technical problems. Willingness to travel periodically for specialized technical training and professional development. Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling requirements and a commitment to long-term career growth within the organization. Preferred Skills Foundational knowledge of blueprint reading and electrical diagnostics. Prior exposure to CNC machine repair or industrial automation systems. Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic components in a production environment. A proactive mindset focused on safety, precision, and technical excellence.
