Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on industrial equipment using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting techniques. Read and interpret schematics, electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting manuals to accurately identify issues. Conduct electrical maintenance including high voltage and low voltage systems, utilizing tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters for precise measurements. Operate precision measuring instruments to ensure equipment meets manufacturing specifications. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Conduct field service activities including equipment installation, calibration, routine inspections, and emergency repairs on-site at manufacturing facilities. Demonstrate proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding (stick welding), HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and industrial mechanic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. Maintain safety standards by adhering to electrical codes (including high voltage safety protocols), lockout/tagout procedures, and industry best practices during all maintenance activities. Provide technical support for customer service inquiries by analyzing equipment performance issues and recommending effective solutions. Assist in training team members on new equipment or troubleshooting procedures as needed to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Experience Proven experience working within manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a strong focus on equipment maintenance and repair. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical systems using schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability in mechanical repair techniques including welding (stick welding), hydraulic system troubleshooting, and pneumatic system analysis. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems relevant to industrial settings is preferred. Experience operating field service equipment such as scissor lifts or similar machinery is advantageous. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting manuals. Ability to read electrical blueprints accurately and perform electrical blueprint reading tasks confidently. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective customer interactions.
