Position SummaryPenmac Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator for a reputable manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in machining. No prior CNC experience is required—training will be provided. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor CNC machines during operationLoad and unload materials and partsEnsure parts meet basic quality standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentLearn and perform spot checks using measuring tools (calipers and micrometers) as training progresses Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequent bending and twistingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds QualificationsNo experience required (entry-level role)Familiarity with calipers and micrometers is a plusPrevious experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a strong plusStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn ScheduleMonday
