Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision metal components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while maintaining efficient production workflows. JOB DUTIES

• Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions
• Demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up and program
• Proper handling of measurement tools
• Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g. deburring)
• Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
• Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified
• Maintain accurate shop floor control system information
• Fill out scrap report
• Maintain safe and clean work area
• Must have good attendance
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of Mazatrol programming
• Haas machine experience
• Ability to read drawings and effectively communicate
• Ability to accurately use measuring devices, operate equipment and make adjustments as needed
• Attention to detail with a capacity to evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
• Computer knowledge
• Walk and stand for entire shift
• Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted

COMPENSATION BASIS

Hourly DOE Pay:

From $26.00 per hour
