What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Perform tool changes and offset adjustments Maintain quality standards and production requirements Troubleshoot machining issues and identify opportunities for improvement Follow all safety and quality procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications Previous CNC machining or CNC operation experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Experience with Mazak, Haas, Okuma, or similar CNC equipment is preferred Knowledge of GD&T Ability to edit CNC programs and troubleshoot machining processes Why Join G&V Machine Company?
