Walton, KY Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Sit-down forklift experience required. Must be comfortable operating production equipment. Ability to manually handle, move, stack, and palletize materials. Ability to work in a production and manufacturing environment. Basic English understanding preferred; Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply. Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures. Strong attendance and reliability required. Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe footwear required. About the Production Associate Role As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include: Operate production process equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor equipment throughout the production process. Manually handle and move production materials. Stack materials according to established procedures. Palletize finished materials and products. Operate a sit-down forklift as required. Move and organize materials throughout designated production areas. Follow established production and safety procedures. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
