Qualifications:

Masters Degree in School Counseling (required) Strong foundation in counseling methods, leadership, and group facilitation Ability to support students one-on-one, in small groups, and lead classroom guidance sessions Experience collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent oral and written communication abilities Demonstrated skills in organization, time management, and effective problem solving Proficiency in evaluating current procedures and suggesting constructive improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling services to students to support their academic, personal, and social development Design and deliver classroom guidance lessons and group counseling sessions Collaborate with faculty, staff, and families to identify and address student needs Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide programs that enhance student wellbeing Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports as needed Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support Continually assess and enhance counseling practices to ensure effective outcomes
