First-Time Travelers:
Accepted (Must be screened) Requirements Minimum 2 years of acute medical Social Work experience performing dual roles in
Social Work and Discharge Planning Charting System:
High proficiency in Epic charting system required
Clinical Knowledge:
Experience with substance abuse resources, homelessness support, mental health crisis/history, advance directives, POLST, protective services, and family care conferences
Weekend & Holiday Coverage:
Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday with a weekday off) + commitment to 3 out of 5 major holidays
Floating Policy:
