Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is essential. Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in the state of Maryland. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy in a community mental health or clinical setting. Active Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
