Job Description

Awake Overnight Residential Counselor Schedule:
Thursday-Saturday 10pm-8am
Salary:
$20.50 hourly
Sign On Bonus:
$3,000 (1/3 of the total bonus upon the completion of 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment) Make a difference while supporting adults on their journey toward independent living. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to provide overnight support in a residential mental health program. In this role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment while assisting residents with overnight needs, medication administration, crisis support, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Provide overnight supervision and support in a residential setting. Assist residents with daily living skills and promote independence. Administer medications in accordance with MAP guidelines (training provided if needed). Respond to crises and provide appropriate interventions. Complete required documentation and incident reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Work collaboratively with the clinical team and participate in staff meetings and training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred. Valid driver's license for 6+ months, reliable transportation, and a good driving record required. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position. CPR and First Aid certification required within two weeks of hire; MAP certification required within 150 days of hire. What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals.
