This position is ideal for a Desktop Support or Help Desk professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Provide Level 1 Help Desk support Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues Manage user accounts and permissions Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration Assist with desktop and laptop deployments Maintain inventory and equipment records Support end-user onboarding and training Assist with testing and deployment of systems and applications Requirements 2-3+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience Active Directory experience Microsoft 365 administration experience Windows desktop support expertise Hardware and networking troubleshooting skills Strong customer service and communication abilities Ability to work independently with limited supervision Environment Fully onsite in Great Neck, NY Monday-Friday schedule Supporting both local and global users Small collaborative IT team Immediate start preferred
